Jared Vincent is a Licensed Texas Commercial Real Estate Agent with St Croix Capital Realty Advisors. With a focus on land acquisition for mixed-use developments, landlord and tenant representation through leasing, and investment sales, Jared provides a full range of expertise for his institutional as well as non-institutional grade clients. Specializing in commercial development planning, Jared’s insight covers site selection, construction and building permit timelines, and asset stabilization strategies. Jared Vincent builds a stable investment approach for the firm’s clientele with a thorough understanding of asset life cycles and disposition planning. In correlation with new business developments, Jared offers insight on experiential retail components through the combination of local market concepts as well as national name recognition, setting the stage for optimum growth.

Prior to coming to St Croix, Jared was an All State collegiate Division1 baseball athlete at Centenary College of Louisiana until 2005. In 2008, Jared finished his college career at Texas State University where he obtained a BBA in Business Management from the McCombs school of business. Jared has spent 19 years in Central Texas and has ties to some major Austin MSA developments through his father, Senior Commercial Lender and Developer, Greg Vincent. Greg and Jared worked directly on many real estate developments in the Austin market. Having worked with Mr. Vincent on the commercial mortgage side has given Jared a unique perspective on the underwriting process needed to acquire and hold commercial real estate assets across many capital structures.
