Michael is partner in Advisory Services Group, he leads and executes on strategic development and acquisition opportunities within firm. He is primarily focused on portfolio growth within the office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use sectors. Michael is responsible for sourcing, entitling, capitalizing, stabilizing, and disposition activities. Prior to joining SCCASG he spent 10 years with McAllister & Associates where he implemented a wide range of deal specific strategies for high-net-worth family offices, high tech, institutional, and publicly traded companies. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Downtown Austin Alliance, CCIM Institute, Real Estate Council of Austin, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. McKinley is a native Austinite. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a BA in Finance and was a four-year letterman on the men’s varsity soccer team.
