Nick Kratz is an Associate at St. Croix Capital in Austin, where he represents owners of industrial, office, and retail assets across Texas while supporting the firm's acquisitions team on deal sourcing and capital placement. That principal-side exposure gives his sellers a practical read on how buyers underwrite and price assets today.

Before St. Croix, Nick worked in Investment Sales at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, focusing on single-tenant net lease (STNL) properties. His work there included underwriting tenant credit, lease structure, and cap-rate positioning.

Before entering commercial real estate, Nick held marketing, sales, and business development roles in the technology sector, including Sales and Marketing Manager at JIG-SAW US.

Nick holds a B.S. in Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate.
