Simon Hall

Simon’s quest is impassioned by finding solutions and achieving optimal results. He provides a unique understanding of the complete real estate transaction, acquisition and investment angles for his commercial real estate investors. He is charged to go out and look to maximize results and minimize risks. Co-developing strategies with clients to target increased revenue, improve proformas and grow market share are always in the sight-lines of value added deal making strategies enacted by Simon and his clients.

Simon grew up in the San Marcos, Texas area and subsequently attended Texas State University, majoring in Communication Design (a mix of marketing and graphic design). As a local resident of Austin MSA, this puts Simon in a unique position to understand Central Texas Regional trends above others. Licensed as a real estate agent back in 2010, Simon’s career took off when working with Epperson Realty Group, specializing in Residential Investments and Luxury Condominiums. Helping clients create wealth through real estate drove Simon deeper towards Commercial deal making. He has been solely devoted to the Commercial side of the business since 2018.

In 2020, Simon joined St Croix and simultaneously acquired his Real Estate Broker License. He completely focuses on Texas markets and enjoys working with investors. Simon is also currently working on obtaining his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member, candidate). He has served on numerous committees over his long career as a devoted agent, from professional standards to professional development.

Simon has acquired diverse real estate experience across multiple asset classes, which gave him a unique insight into the negotiation process. This also allows him to secure commercial assets and to produce significant results for investors. To top off his skill set, he is also a certified negotiation expert.

For fun, Simon picked up Golf in 2020. He shot his first true pair on his first round with the boys in January and is looking to break 100 in 2020.
